ドイツ･ザイフェン地方の伝統的な工芸品である煙出し人形。
こちらはオルゴールを動力として実際に走るギミックを搭載した珍しい自動車仕様。
詳細は不明ですが、スイスREUGE(リュージュ)社のオルゴールを使用する高品質な造りなどから、確かな技術を持った工房の作品かと思われます。
経年のため塗装のハガレやキズ等複数個所見られるほか、恐らくは本来はストッパーのようなパーツが付いていたであろう跡がありますが、欠品しているようです。
オルゴールの動作は問題ありません。
