フィンランドのガラス工芸の一時代を担った先駆者ゴーラン・ホンゲルが1948年に発表した”Aarne アアルネ”シリーズのビアグラスsetです。
1954年にはミラノ・トリエンナーレ展でテーブルウエアの金賞を受賞し、後にMoMAのパ－マネントコレクションにも選定されています。
また1980年にイッタラ社101周年を記念しリリースした同社の代表的製品としても選定されています。
タイムレスなデザインで現在でも食卓を彩る象徴的アイテムとして世界中の人々に愛され続けている名作です。
箱やシールロゴから恐らくは80-90年代初頭の製品かと思われます。

箱付きの未使用品のため、チップやキズなどの特筆するダメージのない良好なコンディションです。
1客に小さな黒いものが付着していますが(画像参照)、製造時からのものと思われます。
